On January 23, 2025, the Board of Directors of the Education Foundation of Anne Arundel County Public Schools awarded more than $25,000 to 10 schools during its Fall 2024 grant cycle.

Awarded Grants – Fall 2024

  • Ruth Parker Eason ($2,000) to support the purchase of Adaptive Learning Materials
  • Windsor Farm Elementary School ($1,500) to support the purchase of an outdoor whiteboard for a new outdoor classroom
  • Jones Elementary School ($2,545.50) to support the purchase of replacement drum sets for the music classroom
  • Glen Burnie Park Elementary School ($5,000) to purchase equipment and materials to design and build an outdoor classroom
  • Glendale Elementary School ($1,000) to support promoting multilingual education and social emotional learning (SEL) in primary classrooms
  • AACPS – Interpretation and Translation ($2,700) to support the purchase of additional translation and interpretation headsets and devices to be used across the county
  • Old Mill Middle School – North ($5,000) to support the implementation of a school-wide IB Design initiative
  • Odenton Elementary School ($1,000) to purchase new and replace aging physical education equipment
  • Phoenix Academy ($3,500) to support professional development through Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Workshops
  • Annapolis Middle School ($1,050) to support the Cosmetology Club
