
Gretchen Wagner
Gretchen Wagner, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, a Principal at GWWO Architects, has focused her career on K-12 school projects and is passionate about the role that architecture can positively play on a student’s ability to learn. Her experience includes planning and design projects ranging from minor renovations and major additions to the design of entirely new facilities that are contextually appropriate within the site. She is an advocate for green design, working closely with clients to implement impactful sustainable strategies in line with their goals. Her projects have been featured in American School & University and received awards from the AIA and USGBC.
Gretchen is a member of the AIA and USGBC Maryland and previously served on the City of Baltimore’s Urban Design & Architecture Advisory Panel (UDAAP). She holds a Master of Architecture degree with a focus on historic preservation from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in landscape architecture from Miami University.
