
The Board of Directors of the Education Foundation of Anne Arundel County Public Schools is pleased to announce the grant awardees for the Spring 2026 Grant Cycle.
We received 41 applications requesting a combined $155,298.52, and awarded 10 grants totaling $42,000. The most we have ever awarded in a single grant cycle.
This cycle’s awards reach a broad cross-section of Anne Arundel County Public Schools: 2 high schools, 1 middle school, 1 K–8 school, 3 elementary schools, and 3 specialty programs; including 3 Title I schools, 6 Community Schools, and 2 charter schools.
Spring 2026 Grant Recipients:
- Annapolis Middle School — $5,000 for new whiteboard tables for math class
- Brooklyn Park Elementary School — $5,000 for “Genius Hour” supplies
- Center for Applied Technology – North — $3,000 for motorcycle gas tanks for refinishing
- Central Special School — $3,000 for Rooted in Growth: Advancing Life Skills through Inclusive Agriculture Education
- George Cromwell Elementary — $1,000 for therapeutic art sessions for the K/1 ACC class
- Georgetown East – Judy Center — $5,000 for Every Child Ready and Eager to Learn to Read
- Glen Burnie High School — $5,000 to launch the GBHS Community Pantry
- Monarch Academy – Annapolis — $5,000 for the Monarch Saturday Success Studio: Literacy, Math, and Enrichment Pilot
- Monarch Global Academy — $5,000 for the Middle School Bilingual Book Club
- Northeast High School — $5,000 for a RealCare Baby Simulation for Child Development students
